Kevin Leatherman, broker-owner of Leatherman Homes in Rockville Centre, NY, received the Long Island Board of REALTORS®’ (LIBOR) 2020 Broker of the Year Award at the Association’s annual Installation and Awards Ceremony held virtually on December 1, 2020.

Leatherman, a long-time resident of Long Island, has been licensed for over 25-years and primarily services Nassau County, Suffolk County, and New York City. From starter homes to luxury estates, spanning from the Atlantic-fronting South Shore communities to the Gold Coast on the North Shore, he brings the knowledge, enthusiasm, confidence and dedication required to succeed in today's unparalleled real estate market.

Leatherman’s professional involvement includes serving as 2013 President of the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island (MLSLI) as well as a director for LIBOR and the New York State Association of REALTORS® (NYSAR) for several years. Leatherman is an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and has hosted numerous workshops for LIBOR and other real estate companies to impart his knowledge and expertise to other agents' understanding of buyer brokerage.
