Rule 306.1 Linking Listings to Public Records
It is advisable when attempting to link your listings to Public Records to search by zip code, rather than township.
After linking the listing, please check the town. If the town is incorrect, it should be changed prior to submitting the listing.
Not linking a listing to Public Records is a violation of rule 306.1, and will result in an automatic fine.
