The following TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply to the Affiliate membership Referral Reward Program:

To be eligible for a $50 American Express® gift card, the following conditions must be met:

1. You must be either a LIBOR member or Affiliate Member in good standing;
2. You must make a referral that results in a new Affiliate Member joining LIBOR; and
3. The new Affiliate Member must include your name on the Affiliate Membership Application as the person who made the referral.

Limit ten (10) $50 American Express® gift cards per referring party. This promotion may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
