2022 LIBOR Board of Directors at Large, as well as the Young Professionals Network (YPN) Officers and Directors were then installed into office, performed again by Stevenson. These elected volunteer leaders will meet regularly to make decisions about how best to invest member resources to implement the association’s strategic goals and to work diligently to represent the needs and values of our members.

The program concluded with inspirational words from Loiacono celebrating volunteerism and the benefits of giving back, “Volunteering makes you a better person. It makes you a better thinker, it helps you look at issues with broader perspective and it makes you more aware of why we all need each other. Volunteering teaches you about people, community, social responsibility and selflessness. Most importantly, volunteering allows us to make a difference. It allows us to share our voices in a chorus, that other people will listen to. And when people are listening, then we can make things happen. Then we can truly make a difference.”

Congratulations and best wishes to all for a healthy and successful 2022!
