Long Island Housing Data for July 2019

The July 2019 closed median home price for Long Island, which includes Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens housing data, was $490,000 representing a 3.2% increase over last July.

Nassau County reported a $546,400 closed median home price in July representing a 1.7% increase over $537,500 reported by MLSLI last year. Suffolk County reported a closed median price of $416,000, which represents a 6.7% increase over $390,000 reported a year ago. Queens reported a closed median home price of $577,500 representing a decrease of 2.0% over $589,500 reported in July 2019.

The total number of Long Island residential inventory in July 2019 was 19,144 representing an 8.1% increase over last year.
