The Long Island Board of REALTORS®, Inc., together with Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation, are hosting a special CE program taught by National Trainer Terri Murphy – Mission: The Ultimate in Military Real Estate Services on Tuesday, June 25, 2019 at Brookhaven Town Hall Auditorium in Farmingville from 10:00am – 12 noon.

Our military protects us every day in ways that most of us are not even remotely aware. It is our responsibility to return a level of care when they need professional real estate assistance when buying or selling a home.

Real estate professionals need very specific training and skill advancement as supporting our active and retired military requires awareness and expertise that is not generally readily available in course curriculums. The certification offered by the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) is a great start offering insights into the various important details of the military consumer, but does not cover the local, global and marketing nuances to help brand this specialized service to our military consumers.

This course offers detailed and specific initiatives to equip and prepare real estate professionals with heightened awareness, advanced skills and specific outreach strategies to help our military. It is our way to “serve” those who put their lives on the line so we can enjoy the gifts of freedom.
