Long Island Housing Data for April 2019

The April 2019 closed median home price for Long Island, which includes Nassau, Suffolk, and Queens housing data, was $455,000 representing a 3.4% increase over last April.

Nassau County reported a $505,000 closed median home price in April representing a 3.1% increase over $490,000 reported by MLSLI last year. Suffolk County reported a closed median price of $380,000, which represents a 5.6% increase over $360,000 reported a year ago. Queens reported a closed median home price of $559,000 representing an increase of 1.6% over $550,000 reported in April 2019.

The total number of Long Island residential inventory in April 2019 was 17,546 representing a 15% increase over last year.
