The Village of Manorhaven is AGGRESSIVELY issuing summonses to all brokers and agents who are advertising and showing rentals that do not have a current and effective rental permit!  If you have any rental listings from Manorhaven displayed on your website EVEN IF THEY ARE NOT YOUR LISTINGS, including displays from IDX, you must confirm that the rental permits are current and effective.

To confirm this, please contact the Village of Manorhaven’s Building Department at (516) 883-7000 and speak with Ron Kaslow at extension 114 or William Rogel at extension 113.  If you are unable to confirm the rental permits for those listings, we recommend you should remove the Manorhaven rental listings from your website to avoid any fines!
