LI Board of REALTORS® Presents 2018 REALTOR®-Salesperson of the Year to Kyle Kelly

The Long Island Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (LIBOR) is pleased to announce that REALTOR® Kyle Kelly of Realty Connect USA in Patchogue, has been named the recipient of the prestigious REALTOR®-Salesperson of the Year award.  The announcement was made at the association’s Annual Installation and Awards Dinner held on November 20, 2018 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.

After working for over fifteen years in both the restaurant industry and in-home improvements, Kyle needed a change.  While searching for a house for his family, Kyle fell in love with the whole process of home buying. Never the type to simply work a J-O-B for a paycheck.  Kyle feels it is important to not just like what you do for a living, but to really love, enjoy, and have passion for what you do.

He also believes it is important to help your community, and lend a hand to those who are in need.  Kyle started a not-for-profit group which hosts multiple fundraising events per year. They’ve raised money for Autism Awareness and Prostate Cancer Awareness. Kyle participates in many volunteer events such as Habitat for Humanity builds, Ronald McDonald House fundraising and cooking for the guests, and numerous local community activities.

Kyle is the current President of the Long Island Chapter of the Young Professionals Network (YPN) and Chairperson for RPAC. He also serves as LIBOR and NYSAR Directors, NAR Housing Opportunities Committee Member, RPAC Trustee, and Appointed Issues Mobilization Committee Member. Kyle truly believes that the only way to provide top notch service to your clients and customers is to be well informed and involved in the industry.

He has a real passion for helping people, and real estate allows him to help with one of the most important transactions a person can make in their life. In real estate, an agent isn’t just a middle-man to help market the home.  A great agent is compassionate to the needs of his clients and should be able to educate the consumer by passing on his knowledge. Kyle is constantly looking for ways to further his knowledge of the real estate market, and the industry as a whole.

Most importantly, Kyle is proud to be able to be a “Stay-At-Home” Dad.
