The Long Island Board of REALTORS®, Inc. (LIBOR) is proud to announce that Blaise Ingrisano, Owner and General Manager A-Pro Certified Home Inspection Services, has been named the recipient of the notable REALTOR®-Affiliate of the Year award. The announcement was made at the association’s Annual Installation and Awards Dinner held on November 22, 2016 at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury.
Since first “borrowing” the family car at age 13, Blaise Ingrisano has been in drive mode and hasn’t taken his foot off the gas. Successful teenage Electrolux Salesman by day and H. S. Football Star on the weekends, Blaise spent high school summers as a runner on the commodity floor and was instantly “all in!”
Working for Refco, Merrill Lynch and Citigroup, Blaise quickly moved up from a Clerk at Refco to Merrill Lynch’s youngest trader on the floor. By the time he left Citigroup, Blaise Ingrisano was recognized as one of the busiest commodity traders on the floor. While working, he earned straight A’s at NYU in the evening, got married and had 4 children who are now 21, 18, 12 and 10; which includes 2 labradoodles.
In 2009, Blaise began his Inspection business built on the four core principles of professionalism, going above and beyond, educators and servant’s mentality. He has grown that business to six licensed and insured Inspectors educating each well beyond the State mandate. He has a three-person office staff available 7 days a week providing service to clients and agents, – the goal is always to keep the process as smooth as possible.
Blaise conducts multiple education opportunities for clients, agents and other local and national companies on a weekly, monthly and annual schedule. In addition to his industry, he is committed to his community and industry as well. He is a lecturer at several educational events; Coach to 19 national inspection companies quarterly conference; received numerous industry distinction awards through ASHI, American Society of Home Inspection, Community Service Award recipient and as a company has supported numerous charitable organizations.
What fuels and inspires Blaise each day is his work and of course his family. Their Fire Island summer vacations, holiday cooking, weekend BBQs and attending the kids’ events are his favorite places to be; and inspire him to work hard to succeed every day!
