This is a NON-NAR Designation Become a Real Estate Tech Pro while satisfying ALL NY and National Association of REALTORS® requirements! Students will leave with advanced knowledge of the ESSENTIAL tools every Long Island REALTOR® must know to serve their clients efficiently and close the deal: Stratus, Collaborate, Instanet, Authentisign e-signatures, FIND, HomeSnap Pro and RPR.

Important: In addition to the 22.5 hours of Technology instruction, you will access a FREE Fair Housing and Agency online course with instructor assistance and you can complete these requirements during breaks or on your own. Also, an approved National Association of REALTORS® Ethics recorded video will be viewed during class. This fast-paced course requires intermediate computer skills AND each student MUST have their own Stratus login.

Day 1: Key Stratus daily functions including Info Center and Settings, working with Buyers using advanced searching, maps, saved searches and customized reports. Intro to Collaborate for client communications including TEXTING listings automatically. Introduction to Homesnap PRO.

Day 2. Working with Sellers: Preparing data for Sellers Package at listing presentation including a CMA, marketing plan, comparables, market report and statistics. Creating a comprehensive Sellers Report CMA in RPR.

Day 3: Enhancing your listings and transaction files: Instanet online forms and documents, Authentisign e-signatures, Stratus add/edit, photos, video. Introduction to RPR App.

Graduates will receive a Certificate of Completion and be recognized as a Real Estate Tech Pro (RETP).

Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:

Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am

Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses

If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.

Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:

A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.”
