RPR – A to Z
This course requires each student have their own Stratus login. RPR – “REALTORS® Property Resource” is a REALTORS®-only NATIONWIDE database of public records data, listing data, sales data, property valuations, school statistics, FEMA flood zones, demographic information and more that is developed and innovated by the National Association of REALTORS®. Access is included in your annual LIBOR dues.
This hands-on computer class will guide you in developing the skills needed to navigate the site, execute searches, run impressive branded reports, customized reports for buyers and sellers. Use the market data and powerful analytics tools for Queens, Nassau and Suffolk County properties AS WELL as all 50 states.
You’ll learn how to access the powerful mobile app as well that will allow you to use the power of RPR from any device while on the go at showings, open houses and all your daily activities.
Approved for 7.5 hours CE credit.
Hands-on computer training on LIBOR’s Windows 10 PCs.
Students are welcome to bring their own laptop if preferred and encouraged to bring all mobile devices.
Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class.
NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation.
Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am
Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses
If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.”
