This class REQUIRES all students have their own Stratus ID and password. If your license has expired, please wait until after you have renewed it to take this class. COLLABORATE is a brand new part of Stratus that is free for all who have access. It is an advanced type of prospect match with incredible features allowing you to interact with buyers and sellers using this online program - including new listings by TEXT MESSAGE. Your clients will get a log in to COLLABORATE and together you can note favorite listings, set up searches for notification of new listings and price changes, pass messages to one another, work with your team members and simplify the searching and communication process in a powerful and effective way. COLLABORATE is 100% mobile compatible - can be used on any PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone. Bring your tablet and smartphone and we'll help you get set up. Approved for 7.5 hours CE credit.
Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class.
NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation.
Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am
Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses
If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.”
