Description
Class requires each student to have their own Stratus ID and Password. Instructors will not have temporary passwords. If you've felt too intimidated to take a hands-on MLSLI Stratus computer training class until now, we've got the class just for you! The perfect basic level introduction to NEW Stratus for agents who prefer a slower pace, are new to computers or perhaps are an ESL Realtor. We will guide you gently through some simple searches and make sure that you are comfortable finding the ML# search and Prospect Match. You'll get the basics down for running a daily update and also finding a public record. You'll gain skills to complete a basic market analysis report using comparable listings.
If you'd like we'll hold your hand and make sure that you leave feeling confident and comfortable with your new Stratus skills.

Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class.
NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation.
Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am
Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses
If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.”
