LIBOR’s NEW CORE Course covers all of your NYS CE required subjects in one class, one day! With the pending increase of required hours for all NYS licensed real estate professionals required to take continuing education from 4 hours (3 hours of Fair Housing and 1 hour of Agency Law), to 7 Hours (3 hours of Fair Housing, 1 hour of agency +1 hour legal update and 2 hours of business ethics), this class will fill that requirement.
Once you successfully attend a LIBOR CORE Course, you can then choose (2) two other 7.5 hour LIBOR CE courses based on interest to fulfill your 22.5 hour requirement.
Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:
Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class.
NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation.
Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am
Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses
If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.
Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:
A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.”
