For well over 20 years, the 203k program has proven to be one of the most powerful tools that Realtors have used nationally to expand their business opportunities, and to offer buyers the way to create the home of the dreams. HUD introduced this program by calling it "the little program that could" and we have all seen communities across the Country revitalized House by House, Block by Block and City by City.

This course will take you through all of the steps of the program from defining homes that could benefit with the "K"

*How to identify the types of renovations from the simplest cosmetics to major rehabilitation

* Understanding the requirements for contractors and the use of architects working with building violations or storm

damaged properties and most important

* How to create lasting homeownership opportunities for our buyers.

This course is approved for 7.5 hours of CE credits and is presented by a widely recognized industry leader in FHA financing for 30 years. Join us and Make it a Great "K"

Cancellation Policy for LIBOR courses:

Full refund will be issued if cancellation is made 3 or more business days prior to class. NO REFUNDS if cancellation is less than 3 business days, instead Education Credit will be issued for use within one year of cancellation. Students who do not show for class will LOSE entire tuition. LIBOR reserves the right to cancel class if minimum enrollments is not met. If LIBOR needs to cancel or delay a class due to inclement weather or emergency, information will be posted on LIREALTOR.com AFTER 7:00 am and also on our automated voice mail message system on 631-661-4800, also AFTER 7:00 am

Attendance Policy for LIBOR Courses

If the class is approved for NYS CE: LIBOR strictly follows Section 176.6 of the NYS License Law – Article 12A. Students are only permitted to miss 10% of classroom time. If more than 10% of class time is missed for any reason, NYS continuing education credits will not be issued. All New York licensing classes follow the same law for permissible time missed.

Cancellation Policy for NAR Designation courses:

A cancellation 10 or more days before a class is subject to a $25 fee. No refund is available for a cancellation made within 10 days of class or for a no-show.”
