Success with 203K Purchase/Rehabilitation Transactions

Description

MAKE IT A GREAT "K"

For well over 20 years, the 203k program has proven to be one of the most powerful tools that Realtors have used nationally to expand their business opportunities, and to offer buyers the way to create the home of the dreams. HUD introduced this program by calling it "the little program that could" and we have all seen communities across the Country revitalized House by House, Block by Block and City by City.

This course will take you through all of the steps of the program from defining homes that could benefit with the "K" *how to identify the types of renovations from the simplest cosmetics to major rehabilitation * understanding the requirements for contractors and the use of architects working with building violations or storm damaged properties and most important how to create lasting homeownership opportunities for our buyers.

This course is approved for 7.5 hours of CE credits and is presented by a widely recognized industry leader in FHA financing for 30 years. Join us and Make it a Great "K" Instructor: Andy Thaw Approved for 7.5 Hours CE
